Pernera Holiday Villa 173

There was nothing we could fault with the villa. It was well equipped, clean, comfy and the pool was lovely and warm. One of the air-conditioning units broke whilst we were there but it was fixed straight away. We never used the bbq but was a nice touch. The air-conditioning throughout was great and much needed. Stephanie (im sure that was her name) was very responsive regarding the air-conditioning and the neighbours. Unfortunately as they dont own the villa next door, there wasn't much more she could do about the neighbors but thankyou for trying

The only negative to this villa were the neighbours. Unfortunately you can't control who will be staying next door! The local neighbours around were pleasant and respectful, however, there was a group of lads next door who were sometimes partying until 6am. Once i had mentioned this to stephanie, it did improve. All the owners on the street should all agree to only have families/couples as this isn't fair on those who like to sleep at normal hours. We chose a quiet area for a reason and other than, the 2 noisy groups, it was a really lovely quiet area

Location, bars, restaurants & shops on your door step, on main bus route, villa was adequately furnished. TV channels were excellent

Beds are a bit too firm, most villas we have been to provide a folder with all the information needed for the villa & surrounding area but this was missing, took us some time to discover the information to turn electricity on, not ideal when arriving late at night in the dark. No beach towels provided & disappointed no welcome pack of milk or water until shops open.

How close to centre of pernera and how quiet the area in which the villa was situated. Spacious inside. Air conditioning in the villa. We had 1 problem at the villa and our hosts had the problem sorted within the hour.

No issues.
