    I stayed at this hotel in January during my trip to Costa Rica, and everything was absolutely beautiful. The hotel was clean and well maintained, the staff was friendly and incredibly helpful, and the food was delicious. The location was also excellent, making it easy to explore the area. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

    I had a generally good stay, but I am not sure I would return. Music was playing in the hallways almost constantly, including late at night, which made it difficult to rest. On top of that, an employee knocked on my door twice at 9 AM, waking me up. When I opened the door, they simply smiled, said “disculpe,” and left, leaving me quite confused. The room was comfortable, but the bathroom design was impractical. The shower only had a half-glass partition, which caused water to spill onto the rest of the floor. Amenities provided were limited to shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and shower gel. For a Hilton, I would have expected at least toothpaste and perhaps some additional toiletries. The pool area looked very nice, though surprisingly, it was completely unused during my stay. For the price, I expected more from Hilton. While it was not a bad experience, the noise, disruptions, and limited amenities made the stay less enjoyable than I had hoped.

    I stayed at the Hilton for two nights, having booked a room that included breakfast. However, the hotel refused to provide it, forcing me to pay for it separately. They made no effort to investigate the issue. When I raised it with reception, they were unhelpful and indifferent. After contacting Agoda, it took an excessively long time for Hilton to confirm the mistake. Although they eventually acknowledged it, they ignored my repeated requests for a refund and never followed up with me. Additionally, I requested a 30-minute late checkout, which they immediately refused, even threatening to charge me if I was late. Only after realizing the breakfast issue was their fault did they grudgingly allow the late checkout. Overall, the staff were unwelcoming and unresponsive, and I still haven't got a message from them. I will not be returning to this hotel
