    The hotel had everything I needed and everything was spotless. Amazing food and fantastic facilities. Great for a solo work trip!

    Amy’s attentiveness and kindness turned what could have been a stressful trip into a more relaxed and enjoyable one. She listened to our needs and provided solutions that made traveling with a toddler much easier. Her care and thoughtfulness are greatly appreciated. Room is spacious.

    Cassie could not really check us in after 5pm. She didn’t ask for consent for photo copying our IDs and said to us “if you really mind us having your ID documents, here I will just return you the photo copy of it!” Making it sound very rude and blaming on us not knowing the culture. She then apologied a bit nonstop with an insincere and sarcastic tone which makes it worse and unprofessional. In addition, there’s no explanation about my stay with breakfast purchased nor introduction of the resort activities. It seems that she mainly wanted to dismiss us due to the holiday crowds. But that doesn’t justify what she did. In a great contract, Mike checked us in immediately around 5pm and trying to call us, and swiftly offered us a good late check out. He even offered complimentary breakfast.
