In mids of eateries n shops n malls. Good location n staff friendly. It’s english name could not be found in DiDi. Parkerton Boutique hotel is what Didi recognised not Bokatun.

I stayed at this place for 9 days. Day 1 I was in a double bed room. So as a solo traveler, I only slept on one bed. So the next day I had to change rooms to a single bed. When I checked out of the first room.(check out time is at 2pm) they started at 11:00am banging and I mean banging on my door asking if I renew my room or check out. I opened the door and told them Im sleep still and check out is at 2pm. So when 1:30 came around I went to the front desk to check out and change to my new room. The head of house keeping said I made a black oil stain on the next bed which I did not sleep on. Plus why and where would I find car oil and bring it back to the room and get the bed not used with a huge huge oils stain on it. Plus wouldn’t I have seen it.. so she said I must pay her 200¥ for the damage. Of course I refuse too cause I didn’t do it.. Plus they already took $200 hk dollars from me for deposit when I checked in. So later on I was in my new room. They came to my room to continue to threaten me and harass me. Saying I must pay the 200¥ RMB.I said no I will not pay for something I didn’t do. So after that they called the police on me. So I told the police what happened and the head of house keeping said started to yell VERY VERY LOUD at me and the police when she saw it was not going their way. So the police try explain to them and tell still insisted that I must pay. So the police try said to them that I should pay only 50¥. From50¥ to 89¥ to 100hk$.. then they kind of said yes and then no after.. I thought I would just pay that, cause I still have 8 more days there and I can’t leave the place cause already paid for. She kept saying I must pay cash to her.. I said no I also need a receipt aswell and you can take it out of my deposit.. she said no, I said what’s the purpose of the deposit. So the next day they started again calling and Banging on my door… with the police again.. this time the police was on their side. But the second police not in uniform was on my side and also said it’s not possible for that to happen. I told him that it’s not the 100¥ it’s the principle of the mater when I did not do it. But I was sacred they would play tricks on me since I need to be there for the next 8 more days. And they try to make me sign something and I said no I will not sign anything in Chinese. Cause I can’t read Chinese. And would wait for my local friend to come later in the day to read and speak to them.. cause all my local friends did to me that these small hotels, always try to scam Hong Kong and macau tourists. After when my friend arrived so did the police again and my local friend just let them have it. And they were scared. Even the police started to be nice to me too. And the police did he will help me pay for the fine. But I said no need I can pay but needs to be taken out of the deposit And when I check out they still own me the balance of $100. And also I want a receipt. They wrote it but try not to give it to me. So the police said they must give it to me now. Also the plugs in my room didn’t work too. The hotel above them on the 4th floor looks better and was recommended by my local friends . It’s called “ ***” oh they also threaten me that they will sue me what a joke. NEVER NEVER FO TO THIS PLACE I won’t even give it 1 star.
