    Near SCL airport, great for those nasty transfers in the middle of the night. Breakfast was amazing, and staff very attentive. Free shuttle back to the airport was nice, but get your own taxi from airport to the hotel. Have stayed there 2x now, and I will stay again - great sauna, pool, gym :-)

    We have stayed here previously due to flight connections, and now we are on the return flights, we were happy to stay another couple of nights. Location is perfect for the midnight check in, and early morning check outs. Nothing else around here though. Breakfast was EXCELLENT, food good, and reasonably priced too. Staff were attentive and helpful, and facilities, clean, functional, and of good standard. Will be back again 2027

    We chose this hotel as it is very close to SCL airport for an extended transit connection between flights. Facilities were good and clean, staff attentive, and food at the restaurant was great. I had read that the breakfast was poor, so I had low expectations, but actually the breakfast was FABULOUS. Lots of food, good selection - hot food, and fruit and good coffee. Maybe the Manager had also read reviews, and changed the menu as a result? The spa and sauna were a welcome relief on tired bodies after long haul flights. I will stay here again for sure - good price, location, Staff and food. The only downside, is there is nothing around here to see - only airport location - that is just the way it is around the airport . . .

    Transport pick up was nearly a hour late - which at 1.30am left very few hours for a decent sleep before an early flight the next morning. Follow up calls with hotel staff were non committal, leaving us waiting frustratingly instead of finding our own way to the hotel if we knew the extent of delay Hotel breakfast was ordinary. Would prefer staying the hours at the airport instead of trying to grab 3 hours decent sleep for the price
