    I stayed repeatedly in this apart hotel,while I don't know any other hotels there, overall I was very happy with my choice, good price, good location, room all good, nothing I would change, happy to stay here again if I ever come back to chile

    I was very happy eith my choice, the loft room was ample comfortable, great location, all I needed. just keep in mind this is apart hotel, with no daily cleaning services, no towel exchange. still perfect for the short term stay

    They told us that our room does not include cleaning and wanted to charge extra for that. Nowhere in the booking they mentioned that. Checked other sites and nowhere mentions extra fees for cleaning, even when you try on their own website. Not sure if that's a new scheme to get more money. Staff is cold and not helpful when asked about facilities or anything. The place is located in the center. Homeless people across the street, a lot of street noise even on the 12th floor. You can hear EVERYTHING. The balcony door didn't want to. The bathroom wate will pool in there while you shower, just to name a few issues.
