    Location was excellent and felt very safe. The hotel itself has a nice vibe and aesthetic, and the room—while small—was manageable. Unfortunately, the shower experience significantly affected our stay. The rainfall shower head was faulty, with only a few holes working, resulting in very minimal water flow. On top of that, the water temperature fluctuated repeatedly from hot to cold throughout the shower before eventually stabilizing. When we raised this issue with the front desk, we were told there was nothing that could be done. There was also no air conditioning in the room. We requested a fan, which was provided, but it was extremely dirty. Shortly after using it, we both developed sore throats and felt close to getting sick, which we believe was due to the fan’s condition. Room lighting was adequate, and the staff overall was friendly and helpful. However, due to the issues above, the experience fell short of expectations.

    Upon check in we weren’t given the room we thought we had booked, but the staff was accommodating to provide us an extra bed and a Fan for the room. We had dinner at the hotels rooftop restaurant and the food and views are excellent.

    we booked this hotel based on reviews, but our experience was different from what we expected. The location is generally safe and view from restaurant is really nice. The hotel doesnt have an elevator, which makes carrying luggage difficult, especially if your room is on the lower level. The room was very basic-towels, hairdryer and water only. While the room was clean, there is no AC, making it uncomfortable during summer and hard to sleep. Access to the hotel is not a straightforward. At check-in, we were charged an additional 19% with the explanation that we are "not locals". This extra charge was not disclosed on booking platform and the total price shown at booking was different, which is misleading. The area itself is generally safe but overall the hotel offers poor value for the price
