    The location is great, and the cleanliness is decent. Unfortunately, the service from the staff during my stay was disappointing. Most of the staff, especially the duty managers, were unfriendly, and their tone when responding to guest requests came across as rude and unwelcoming. One duty manager in particular, 高思琪, provided the poorest service. Her attitude and the way she spoke to guests were unprofessional and lacked basic customer service. I believe she would benefit from additional customer service training, especially for someone in a managerial position.
