    Convenient location with linkway to Po Park and railway station! Room was clean and very modern looking. A lot of people were smoking around the ground floor. The area is convenient but I didn't feel very safe as a female solo traveler. Overall an affordable local hotel.

    The hotel is strategically located right beside the train station. There is no problem to get to the train station even it is raining. Very convenient for us to move around Guangzhou. The hotel room is spacious too, with a small bench and coffee table. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Only complaint for non-smoking guess is sometime there are cigarette smell. Our room also has very strong cigarette smell when we check in and we were given another room after we informed the hotel staff. Other than that, everything is fine.

    Hotel locates just next to Guangzhou east railway station and subway station which hubs 3 metro lines. The connectivity is 5 stars plus, it is very convinient to move around in such a big city like Guangzhou and also provides the easy way to access other cities in Guangdong for some culture and food experiences. Hotel room is good sized with many AI assisted controls, bed is comfortable firm, bottle water supply is abundant that is awesome ! The big shopping mall PO PARK is just across a street and there are many shops, eateries, and supermarket, it's great!. The only thing made me feeling bad is the smoking smell in the corridor although the rooms are non-smoking , and the carpet on corridor is dirty , which I think that hotel should work harder and make it better.... Another point for travelers is that the closest exit (Exit F) of railway/subway complex does not have lift or escalator, it's better to go exit G and pass through the shopping mall if carrying big things.

    The location is great, and the cleanliness is decent. Unfortunately, the service from the staff during my stay was disappointing. Most of the staff, especially the duty managers, were unfriendly, and their tone when responding to guest requests came across as rude and unwelcoming. One duty manager in particular, 高思琪, provided the poorest service. Her attitude and the way she spoke to guests were unprofessional and lacked basic customer service. I believe she would benefit from additional customer service training, especially for someone in a managerial position.
