The hotel is in a good location of the city with great eating places just outside. Rooms were clean but the lighting system was confusing. It was a challenge to find out how to switch on and off the lights.
    9.2 / 10Outstanding·Mar 2026
The location is good, walking distance to MRT Line 2, making it convenient to move around. The cleanliness of the bathroom and reliable hot water that made for a comfortable experience. Overall it's a pleasant stay.
    9.6 / 10Outstanding·Jul 2025
The staff were really friendly and helped me in many ways due to language barrier. Thumbs up for them! However, I was told that there won’t be aircon available reason is because the temperature outside is about 20 degrees. I believe they’re trying to reduce cost. I had a hard time sleeping not because it’s warm but the mosquitoes came in as the netting on the window was broken. Moreover, the room has cigarette smell which I felt very uncomfortable too.
    8.8 / 10Excellent·Nov 2024
Not able to close the window due to the window net. This cause cigarette smokes to enter the room. There is air conditioning in the room but no remote to turn it on. The television is not working too. There are a lot of sports item in the room ex: dumbell, yoga mat. Feels like we were entering someone's room. Floor is dusty. There is water leakage at the sink in toilet.
