    We have stayed in 3 different Hilton during this Yunnan trip, Dali, Lijiang and Shangri-La . This is the worst experience we had in Shangri-la The standard of service doesn't bring up to the reputation of Hilton at all. Staff at counter and café were not efficient and attitude were bad. Except for the manger who communicated with us by WeChat was good and helpful to our personal needs. We left early morning, we requested for breakfast to be pack away. They give us some bread, an apple, a yogurt and some salad with dressing wrapped in a cling wrap not even put into a food box, how do rhey expect us to eat them? No cutlery was given even I specifically remind them the night before. When ask the counter staff, he said they do not have any. Unless I want a straw, I don't understand the purpose of the straw. An evening we ordered food delivery, as this hotel doesn't have a robot to bring food to the room, our food was left at the counter and nobody even called us to pick them up. We waited for 30mins after delivered time and call the counter, then they offered to bring them to our room. If no call was made, our food will be there forever? The aspect of service was way below our expectation of Hilton Hotel. Do not recommend this hotel if you can have other options. P/s: the breakfast was bad, do not waste money paying more for it.

    Location wise , at no where. A distance walks to old town . Bus stop just infront hotel where u can take from train station directly . Buffet breakfast is nice . Need plenty of walks to get around surrounding..... Overall , good

    The hotel is a little bit older. The staffs were not that friendly. It didn't give me a good impression, but not a bad one neither
