    Had a super pleasant stay with OCT Bay Breeze Hotel. It’s one of the nice 5-star hotels in Shenzhen that offers a comfortable experience with reasonable price. Just that the hotel doesn’t seem to have an official website (possibly due to Google access), so booking is only through platforms like Agoda. The service here is excellent. The staff are very well trained, and even if something isn’t part of their role (not front desk), they are always willing to help (like basic travel question) . Technical support is also fast and efficient whenever needed. The restaurant service stood out too. When I requested a plastic cup for my child, they dont have plastic cups but immediately offered a paper cup instead, and even checked if I needed kids’ cutlery. It’s these small, thoughtful details that make a difference. Personally, I’m dont like too woody interiors as they can feel a little creepy, but this hotel managed to create a warm, classic atmosphere without feeling uncomfortable. A little dissapointing for their swimming pool, we dont get a chace to use it as it is under maintenace until like next month? Overall, a great stay with excellent service, thoughtful touches, and good value for money. 👍

    We stayed for one night and the location was quite good as it was a 5min walk from the OCT harbour mall. The room wasn’t very clean, with stains in the toilets and even a cockroach in the shower in our friends room. The staff were very attentive. We ordered takeout and the robot was late in delivering our food and the hotel staff actually came to our room to make sure our order was delivered.. the swimming pool was under maintenance and we could not use it.
