    Clean room, friendly staff. Good rate. The only not so perfect is the lift. But that cannot be help as there are many rooms and the hotel has 36 storeys. One needs a bit of patience to wait for the lift.

    Overall the location is great, toilet is super good especially the shower. However, there are two cockroaches coming in and out under the bed.

    The location was one of the few strong points of this hotel. It is just a few minutes’ walk from the sea and situated right in the heart of the tourist area, making it convenient for sightseeing and beach access. However, because of this central location, the surroundings were quite noisy. That said, the hotel’s internal sound insulation was fairly good, so outside noise was mostly blocked once inside the room. Communication was a challenge, as the reception staff did not speak English well. This made basic interactions more difficult than expected. Cleanliness was another major issue. Overall hygiene standards were poor, and the trash bin in the room was especially unpleasant. The hotel itself felt very old. The furniture was extremely dated, there was not enough wardrobe space, and the room lacked the comfort and quality one would expect. Considering these factors, it is not surprising that the hotel was inexpensive. Overall, this property is far from a 5-star hotel and does not meet higher-end expectations.

    The room on Level 8 faced the wall of another hotel, which was terrible. There was no sun, no privacy, and no way to relax. Although the room is for a couple, the balcony had only one chair and no table. The worst part was the 24/7 street noise, which turned my stay into a nightmare. I could not sleep even with the balcony door and drapes closed. If you decide to book this hotel, then book a room on Level 15 or higher with a seaview!
