    A great stay at this cool little boutique hotel. Staff were very helpful and professional. The room is nice, although storage is limited making it not possible to fully unpack, not a problem if you’re only staying a few days. Cocktail bar is great with a cool relaxed vibe. I would certainly stay here again, far better value than the bund and an opportunity to see other parts of Shanghai.

    The hotels cleanliness was overall great however the hotel provided toilets that had no privacy which made showering quite awkward especially around family members. The controls beside the WC bowl weren’t working. The hotel food was decent. The view was incredible, very beautiful. The hand cream was very good, the shampoos given were nice and smelt good. Overall, the hotel was decent but could use some improvement.

    Stayed for 5 nights. The room was spacious enough for two people, spotlessly clean, and offered a lovely river view. Breakfast featured a good variety of cuisines, catering to different tastes. One minor drawback was that the walls were a bit thin, so we could occasionally hear “activity” from the neighboring room. Earplugs were provided as well, which is cool! The nearest metro station (Longde Road) is about a 7–8 minute walk, and requires climbing stairs to cross a bridge. For those traveling with large suitcases, recommend taking a Didi to/from the airport instead. The staff were exceptionally polite and attentive. When the air conditioner broke down in the middle of the night, they were quick to respond and sincerely apologetic. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

    This hotel is good for those who want to step away from the hustle of Shanghai. It sits on a quiet street, with plenty of food options around. It’s a 10 min walk to the subway. Be warned though - you will need a translator app, if you don’t know Mandarin. And this is so for most of China!
