The staff was adorable with us, from the chef to the front desk, they really were so nice ! The breakfast changes everyday. They also have a swimming pool but you need to buy a bathing cap so definitly not worth it to have it. They have a rooftop also which is quite nice but close at night. The rooms were super spatious but you can hear that the building itself work with the wind and everything (some noises of cracking sometimes scary!). It's also really close to line 1 and 13 so really convenient.

Stayed here with my husband and my 5 month old baby. All staff (security, front desk, housekeeping, room service) were extremely polite and friendly. Managed to get an early check-in, and they also provided a baby cot. The views of the city from the room were amazing, room was very clean, bed and pillows are very comfortable. It was very quiet as well which was what I wanted, except there were some window loose frame sounds (normal since we were on a very high floor), location wise it is so convenient to get to anywhere (we mainly used didi) the only few things to take note of if you’re a perfectionist is that some of the hotel’s furniture is slightly older, there is no bathtub, the hotel breakfast is average (I’m a picky eater) if you can look past these small things, I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for somewhere to stay in Chengdu.

The staffs are very friendly, and their services are good. I love the room which is very spacious with a kitchen and a washing machine in it. It’s very convenient for family traveling with children. Will definitely come again and stay in the same hotel in the near future. Thank you!

Breakfast choices are very limited, and cleared immediately upon end of breakfast time, something quite uncommon (usually no refills but can slowly enjoy) Rooms are quite old; there is also disturbance from the window making noise (maybe from pressure when room door opens but unsure) But staff service is great, very friendly and helpful. They are very welcoming Has 2 convenient store just below, and a cafe just at L1
