    Good location but the apartment is impossible to find and absolutely nothing like it's described. There is definitely no pool or spa! The shower head repeated flew off in the first place we stayed so we ended up having to use a plastic tube to shower with. It had dirty dishes in the cupboard and just two glasses and one spoon for four people. The second room we stayed in had no crockery, cutlery or towels. Eventually we were given some disposable paper ones to use for the shower. The staff are lovely but totally over stretched and obviously are shuffling whatever they can between apartments to try to keep guests happy. There are much better and less frustrating places to stay!

    We loved our stay in this apartment. It was very difficult to find initially at they didn't reply to my email. Luckily we had a great taxi driver who called the number on the Agoda reservation and was given another number to call. He then some to someone who then directed him to the correct building. There is not a main hotel reception but we managed to get in with the taxi driver's help. The building was tower A and was marked by a number 10 outside fort the address. Apartment is comfortable and location if great.

    The big problem was the the check-in, lack of communication, there was a security person at the front desk, but be had no info. Thankfully there was a cell # provided. But for a while i did not know, if i would have to find a differerent plsce to stay. It was not obvious by the website thst there was no front desk, just an apartment in a building+ a hassel to find. Taxi driver had hard time ti find the place and it is a small pedestrian st. So once he dropped me off, i still fid not know where to go, luckily a stranger spoke some english and was able to direct me. Much better direction needed and then the apartment wss in the next building over. It said 10th floor on the web site but that was where the manager or owner lived. It was all bery stressful
