    A good hotel to start with if you want to shop/look for clothes & items that's within a 2-20 minute walk. There are also fast food chains that is a 2-5 minute walk from the hotel. The train station is 10+ minutes away from the hotel, so if you like to go to another district and even another city for a day trip, just be mindful on booking. Interior is a little older but the rooms we got were clean, my parents loved their room as much as I did. The staff were also helpful & called right away if the delivery guy dropped off your food at the front desk. Would love to come back in the future.

    I am a solo business traveler. On the first night of check in when I was alone watching the TV and having my supper in the middle of the night, the housekeeper repeatedly knock on my door and disrupted my privacy. I thought something urgent happened, to be horror, the housekeeper knocked on my door just to tell me to not watch the TV as the next door guest didn’t like it. I was a full paying guest, yet I was disturbed for enjoying the facilities of my room. This is unacceptable. The TV volume was limited and controlled by the hotel and it was barely audible. I was watching according to the limits set by the hotel. Their TV and super thin non sound proof wall should be blamed, and not inconvenienced guests because of their own problems. I told them to change my room, but they refused. I told them to refund me and I move out immediately but they refused too. They want to take my hotel fee yet refused me of my enjoyment of the room. Lacking in integrity. On the third night, the housekeeper didn’t replenish the water and hand soap. Sloppy services.
