    We are quite disappointed with the situation. We booked a Family Suite specifically because we are travelling with elderly family members and young children, and it is important for us to stay together. Upon check-in, we found that the air-conditioning in one of the rooms was not working properly and was not cold. Your staff did send someone up to check, and we waited for about two hours to see if the room would cool down. Unfortunately, there was still no improvement. We then requested to change rooms, but were told that there were no other Family Suites available. We were offered two separate rooms, which I felt we had no choice but to accept. I would like to acknowledge that the staff were helpful and did try their best to resolve the issue. However, I’m sure you can understand that we booked a Family Suite for a reason. Having to stay in two separate rooms is not what we booked or what we needed, especially with elderly family members and young children.
