    We stayed 5 nights at their premier room and it was gigantic! We have the river view which shows the pearl building and city lights at night! The housekeeping staff named “Ciu Chinsung”(if am not mistaken) was lovely - she made sure to clean the toom everyday. Everyone was helpful. Food was top notch too! We always order room service and they serve hot meals.

    This is our second stay at Grand Hyatt Shanghai in a week. We had a one night break when we went to Hangzhou. This time, our riverview room had the view of the Pearl Tower although this room is smaller than the 1st room we had. We are fortunate to get an additional bed added for our room. Exceptional hotel, staff and facilities. We will be back should we visit Shanghai.

    This is an incredibly elegant and impressive hotel, with reception on the 54th floor, beautifully-appointed rooms, views that are out of this world, brilliant Asian and European breakfast selection, and an atrium that is truly awe-inspiring. Exceptional.

    Terrible experience…. The Chen in is very difficult since the front door … need to take a crowded elevator and take a big line for very slow check in ….very difficult communication in English … too many different a elevators to find a restaurant, room etc You get lost without English support Restaurants very crowded . I had a terrible experience Never going back again
