    The Grand Hyatt is located in the heart of the Lujiazui financial district, surrounded by some of the tallest, most iconic skyscrapers in the world. The views are absolutely breathtaking from every angle—whether you are looking out from the room, enjoying the dining areas, or simply stepping outside the front doors. This is easily one of the busiest hotels we have ever stayed in, with a constant buzz of tourists coming and going throughout the day. The breakfast buffet features a fantastic variety of both Eastern and Western choices, though the line can get incredibly long if you sleep in. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

    Realised that we stayed at the wrong place because most of the location we head to is across the river and since we cab everywhere we go we travel to and fro the river everyday. Hotel room was big and spacious however tv was small because of the distance from the bed. Curtains were supposed to be blackout but because it was not long enough sun light will peek in from the bottom every morning. Even though it states as a non smoking Hotel, theres smoke smell coming out from the toilet room and we had to enclose the door else the whole smell will linger in the room. We stayed for 4 nights and all 4 nights there were smell from the toilet, so we need to do whatever business fast else the smell will just linger on your clothes / hair. We did tried to call the recept to ask what can be done but was told nothing can be done as its centralised aircon. They did give us a purifier but it didnt help even abit. So for those sensitive to cigg smell, this would not be a good hotel to stay.

    Terrible experience…. The Chen in is very difficult since the front door … need to take a crowded elevator and take a big line for very slow check in ….very difficult communication in English … too many different a elevators to find a restaurant, room etc You get lost without English support Restaurants very crowded . I had a terrible experience Never going back again
