    The stay was comfortable, and the facilities were well maintained. Although the location was not particularly central, there were several nearby eateries and a shopping mall within easy reach. The main downside was the hotel's food delivery policy. Neither staff nor the service robot could assist with delivering food to guest room due to concerns about food sensitivity and liability. As a result, guests had to personally collect their orders from the lobby, which was quite inconvenient.

    Courtyard by Marriott shanghai Central is very well located if you are traveling by train from Shanghai to other cities. It is just 1km from the Shanghai Railway Station. The location is also very close to Suchou Creek and not far from The Bund. You can easily get around to all the scenic locations. The hotel itself is of international standard - with staff who communicate well in English. Facilities are very similar to Marriotts around the World. Breakfast buffet is international style. This is definitely a good hotel to stay either for business or leisure.

    Hotel is rundown especially the room and bathroom. Disappointing for a Marriott chain.
