    The Zhong An Hotel Beijing provides a comfortable, well-maintained stay with strong air conditioning, firm beds, and reliable hot water. Located in a quiet hutong a short walk from Beijing Railway Station and Lines 1 and 2, it offers convenient transit access alongside nearby local dining and convenience stores. However, due to its proximity to the station and subway, light sleepers should note periodic low frequency vibrations and ground noise.

    The room was neat and clean, with all essential amenities provided. Although it was small, I found it very cozy and comfortable as a solo traveller. They do room service every day, and the courtyard of the hotel is also very peaceful to work and read in. They have a restaurant, which is again super convenient. Free coffee is available for the whole day. There is no lift, but they have an assistant to help with luggage. Overall, I loved my stay and would highly recommend.

    A very pleasant place a few minutes walk from the metro. Room was very nice and well provided. Water and tea was provided for tea making and there was a very nice restaurant with a discount for guests. I would recommend it to stay.

    Booked 2 rooms for family. The queen and double bed room was very small for 3 people. Rooms were not clean and required repairs. Mold in calking by the sink and at the base of the toilet. Hallway carpet was badly discolored and stained. Floor boards in room was not fitted together properly and gaps contained visible accumulated dust and filth. Walls were dirty and some areas required patching. Packing cubes stored in shelving had food stuck to them when pulled out for use. Not enough space for luggage and beds were hard. I had pictures of all this, but they failed to load for the review. Room for 3 was smaller than balcony sized cruise cabin. No closet space in room for 3 people. Only hangers on pegs on the wall by the door. The zero pressure room had a larger bathroom than the 3 person standard room. Breakfast was standard and staff were friendly and accommodating, but there wasn't much they could do. It's a cheap stay for 2 people but I would not recommend for families. No elevators, and common areas are open to the outside, so it's very cold in March. Tip: If you do book here, spend a little more for a zero pressure bed. The room has a closet, the bathroom will be 2x the size and the bed is memory foam mattress.
