    This is an excellent hotel, no question. The view from our lake facing balcony was spectacular. Even though it is on a busy street the air conditioning, windows and window shutter kept the room cool, dark and quiet for sleeping. The breakfast was also very good. Highly recommended.

    Booked a room in a hotel which boasts great views, however in no description does it state a standard room looks at a dirty alley and has poor access to sunlight. Samuel in the bar was the happiest and most helpful staff member. Reception staff struggled to even smile. Breakfast was reasonable but staff were slow to top up items.

    A couple of days in Lausanne for a conference. Place is great, staff is very kind, very clean room with a fantastic view on the lake.
