    I'm so glad we chose this hotel as our accomodations for São Paulo! The staff was incredible, so kind and helpful - went above and beyond. The building itself is beautiful. The room was comfortable - although the bathroom was a bit small and awkwardly situated with the toilet literally right next to the sink and the toilet paper roll under the sink, it was hard to access. Can't recommend enough!

    The gym is good although the pool is small. The room was a great size and very comfortable. The breakfast and lunch were very good. The staff are friendly and helpful.

    The hotel is really well located in Sao Paolo and that's about the only big selling point. The building is old and fittings are dated. The staff were the real let down though. We experienced homophobia twice from one of the older female front desk staff. It was inexcusable and we will encourage our friends to avoid this hotel.
