The room I got was too basic. I may have demanded that I wanted a room on the upper floor but I didn't get that. The room was too basic, the sheets were not spotless enough, the walls need painting, they don't provide any shampoo in the bathrooms in case people go swimming in the salty ocean, and the people who made up my room were lousy by not spreading the sheets properly. However the location is very good because it is close to the beach and all the amenities. I could have used the pool but I didn't get to because I went to the beach instead. I was there for only 2 nights and spent a whole day there when the rains came and ruined everything during the evening.

O hotel é bem localizado ,porém a estrutura é bem velha ,os quartos são bem velhos,tivemos que trocar de quarto quando chegamos pq estava insuportável o cheiro de cigarro dentro do quarto. Banheiro é um caso a parte,todo enferrujado e velho,não tinha nem suporte pra colocar sabonete e shampoo . Internet péssima ! Pra ficar apenas alguns dias ,é ok!

The place is broken, not clean, and neglected This is not a level that is close to a hotel I travel a lot in the world, and this is the first place I have encountered with such great neglect I will attach pictures to illustrate

The only positive aspect of this hotel is its great location — it’s close to everything, and the beach in front is really nice. Unfortunately, everything else leaves much to be desired. The towels were paper thin, with holes and stains, and they charge BRL 20 for additional towels, which is absurd. The walls were crumbling, and we could hear absolutely everything happening in the corridor and the adjacent room — the soundproofing is non-existent. The reception staff weren’t warm or welcoming, and the lifts took forever, clearly not enough for the number of guests staying there. The breakfast was uninspired. To make matters worse, there were construction works in the next-door building, making it almost impossible to take phone calls due to the constant noise. In short, it was a roof over our heads and a place to sleep in a great location, but the hotel itself needs a serious refurbishment. --- O único ponto positivo deste hotel é a excelente localização — perto de tudo e com uma praia muito boa bem em frente. Infelizmente, o restante deixa bastante a desejar. As toalhas eram finas como papel, com furos e manchas, e ainda cobram R$ 20 por toalhas extras, o que é um absurdo. As paredes estavam esfarelando, e dava para ouvir absolutamente tudo que acontecia no corredor e no quarto ao lado — o isolamento acústico é inexistente. O atendimento na recepção não foi acolhedor, e os elevadores demoravam demais, claramente insuficientes para a quantidade de hóspedes. O café da manhã era sem graça. Para piorar, havia obras no prédio ao lado, tornando o barulho quase insuportável para atender ligações. Em resumo, foi apenas um teto sobre nossas cabeças e um lugar para dormir em uma ótima localização, mas o hotel precisa urgentemente de uma reforma completa.
