About this house rental
Apartment on the first floor of a duplex house in a nice and recent residential complex in the countryside, accessible only to residents. The hotel offers two swimming pools (one for children and one for adults), placed in front of the house, a sports court, a large park equipped with children's games; in the evening you can attend performances offered from animation (baby dance and cabaret). Several car parks are available.
The house has a private garden and a spacious shaded terrace, furnished with a sofa and a big table, where you can spend pleasant moments in privacy. Inside the apartment is divided into living room, fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom for children with two single beds and a bathroom; in the loft there is a sofa bed for one and a half. The house is modern and functional and is equipped with air conditioning, TV, dishwasher and washing machine.
The sea is about 400m and is easily reached within a few minutes walk. In summer there is also a free shuttle service that connects you with other beaches. On request you can make use of bicycles.
An ideal starting point for a trip that combines the sea idleness, with the desire to explore the typical villages of Marche, without neglecting the pleasures of food and wine tourism.

Nice apartment on first floor of villa in quiet resort. The apartment has a quite large balcony that particularly in morning and evening is protected against the sun by shadow from villa and a sunscreen. Very close to public swimming pool which we did not use as the beach is very nearby. Owner was kind and very effective and quick in responding to questions.

Casa all’interno di un resort con piscina e animazione discreta per i bambini, pulitissima, silenziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort. C’è un terrazzo delizioso dove è stato piacevole poter fare colazione e cenare. La casa è tale e quale alle foto, anzi è meglio, curata anche nei piccoli particolari ci ha fatti sentire a casa anche se in vacanza. Maria Rita è un ospite eccezionale e molto disponibile.

Maison agréable et fonctionnelle. Bonne insonorisation de l extérieur et bonne climatisation . Tranquille à partir de minuit lorsque les animations du complexe et celles du camping d à côté étaient finies.
Mes enfants ont adoré les jeux proposés par les animateurs.
Nous remercions Maria d être toujours attentive à notre bien-être.
