Location is very good especially for fountain square and the old city. It is an older property and bathroom fixtures are showing their age. For some reason the rooms use UK style AC outlets. My room's curtains did not cover the windows, but only partially. The room could not be made dark at night. Breakfast was a bit sparse but sufficient. It wasn't perfect, but was still a good value.

Choosing the azkot hotel was one of our best decision. the location was amazing in the main nizami street and staff was very cooperative even they guided us everyday regarding the tour

Pros:
Lift which is not available in most of hotels near nizami street
Staff quite friendly and helpful
Cons:
Language barrier while talking to staff
Breakfast buffet is a scam contains some pieces of cheese, cucumber and bread only and you can ask staff to cook omelette for you on demand
Rooms have a smell
Property is quite old and not maintained well
Bathroom needs serious upgrade
