We’d read the reviews where others had mentioned how great the staff were, and our experience lived up to this also. The reception staff are so friendly and helpful, doing everything they can for you to ensure you have an enjoyable time.
Location 10 min walk from Plaza Serrano which feels like the center of Palermo but the streets of Palermo Hollywood feel calmer and safer so we enjoyed this being our base.
Room was large, and very clean with lots of toiletries provided, which is a nice touch, and a large comfortable bed. We both slept really well.
The pool is also great and a good size for getting a few lengths in.
Great breakfast too!
Can’t fault in any way. Would defiantly stay again.

Went in winter so pool was of little use. Rooms and bathrooms spacious and nice. Doors thin. Staff kind. Breakfast basic.

The staff are exceptional and go out of their way for you.
The breakfast was lovely, was always replenished and items were always of excellent quality.
The room was a great size and had lots to offer. Loved the makeup towel in the bathroom.
Gorgeous decor such as the glass display cabinets and water feature.
Was always quiet and peaceful.
Location is ok if you want to be in that area. However, every day we used taxis to get to places such as La Boca and San Telmo. It is far away from places of interest.
We enjoyed our stay and found everything to be faultless.
The hotel really is beautiful.
