Stayed a Saturday so noisy for awhile.
View was out to the loading docks on the wharf area and room was the last down the corridor so smokers went out to smoke which meant they could look in our room if blind wasn't down and smoke wafted in.
When I checked in it wasn't clear what to do regarding the continental breakfast so went down to resturant and was told this would generally be brought up to room so ordered and delivered quickly. Was more than what we expected.
Room size was best we have had and price was real good with breakfast being included. Able to walk to penguins.
Meal for dinner was ok but surprised tou couldn't get a salad as meal was parmigiana with chips or veggies. Looked for salad on the menu. In saying this the servings were huge.
All in all it was great. Would recommend.

We were really happy with our stay here, even a pleasant tick of approval from my teenage children!
Facilities were the same as what was advertised. Location is perfect, beautiful view of the beach and easy walk to the penguin viewing and local shops.
Every staff member we saw during our stay was genuinely friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is a lovely touch having supplies delivered to your room in the evening, simple but what I expected with the cost of the stay.
We ordered meals from the restaurant downstairs, they were delivered to our room with the friendly smiling staff. Meals were great!
Well done to staff and management for a place to stay which can be an affordable holiday for families, with rooms which are clean and comfortable. But most of all, the staff are the stand out experience of staying here 😊
