    We stayed in the deluxe studio suite and absolutely loved the room ser up. The room was clean and child friendly. There was plenty space for our toddler to play.the location is excellent. Would recommend to families.

    Great spot close to shopping and darling harbour

    Pros: - Walking distance to Darling harbour, with nearby train, light rail and bus. - Room temperature was comfortable. - Hotel buffet breakfast was limited but comfort food, wish they can rotate the menu as it gets boring from day 2. Cons: - Wifi in room can be unstable - Water temperature for showering can be unstable - Surrounding not stroller friendly with slopes everywhere. -0 Nearby supermarkets are rip off, better off with 15 mins walk to Coles supermarket for stock up. - Room cleaning services are limited due to their sustainability effort, have to try request from reception to see if available. Wish the hotel could highlight this clearly at start. - Be warned that apartment doesn’t come with washer as advertised. Seemingly Agoda error, and hotel provided one time laundry service out of good will. While we appreciate it, the misinformation between staffs could be handled better. Day 1 was agreed with complimentary laundry as required, day 2 was fixed at laundry every 2 days. Day 3 became one laundry for whole stay as “agreed” which clearly we did not but have to accept it since it’s Agoda error. Overall not worth the value, given the semi-hotel service and no washer, price is steep as there can be better accommodation available in same location.
