Beautiful cabin, lovely location; a very nice venue overall. Staff were generally very friendly and helpful. I just wouldn't recommend this place for vegans. I rang ahead and was reassured we'd be catered for but what was served was a let down for ***. It was tasty, but inadequate. They left animal products out, but also carbs and protein. A tomato stuffed with cauliflower is not a complete main meal. Staff accidentally served us non-vegan food for breakfast (after asking and confirming we were vegan). Plus a few other issues. So if you're vegan, I suggest you make other food arrangements.

Beautiful location very nice bar and restaurant area. Adventure park is extensive and well maintained if you are bush walker or mountain bike rider you will enjoy it. Valley view room is very small and basic. Restaurant food is nice and service is very good. Restaurant and bar prices are high. We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed a wonderful, relaxing and peaceful stay at Spicers Hiddenvale. The staff were absolutely lovely. Our room was excellent, so clean, the facilities were perfect and the grounds and gardens were so beautiful! We had an outdoor bathtub on the back deck of our very private cabin, which was such a treat. The breakfast, coffee, and dinners we had at the Homage restaurant were all excellent. We would stay again in a heartbeat!
