    Stayed over night during Melbourne Ren Faire and was not disappointed. Checked in was very easy and the owners were friendly and easy to talk to. The room was spacious and immaculate and the design gave it that extra feel of luxury. Just a note if you arrive at night the parking can fill quickly as they also have a wine bar, but street parking isn't much of an issue for the location. Decided to add on breakfast. Had a small difficulty accessing the booking form for breakfast, so simply called the front desk and they let me fill out a paper one. And the breakfast was delicious. Overall a perfect place to rest inbetween festival days or when on the road, will definitely be coming back.

    It is an old building which is a bit tired in places but clean and comfortable with very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was large with a king size bed plus 2 singles so plenty of room. Has a microwave and cutlery and crockery so you can self cater if you wish. Close to pubs and restaurants and only 10 mins from Ringwood and Maroondah hospital. Only problem was that our room was down 3 steps and we could not find light switch in corridor so nearly fell over. Later on lights were on in corridor but we still couldn't find the switch. Maybe it was on a timer but owners need to realise that the corridor was dark even in middle of day

    We loved the charm of our spacious accommodation. Our hosts were warm and welcoming. The bed was comfortable, the shower lovely and we loved the sitting area and balcony. Despite being located (conveniently) on Maroondah Highway, the road noise was not at all audible or disturbing.
