While i stayed at he mantra for a few days my overall experience was okay. Close by the harbor but not a great deal of shops around. two main issues i encountered while staying at the Mantra. The first one was my request for a queen bed and i ended up getting two single beds that constantly separated while i slept on them, i can understand the shortage of beds but this is ridiculous! The second issue i faced was the male reception who called me up regarding my booking during my stay. the night before i was meant to check out i decided to extend my booking and changed my card details which i did at reception. The next morning i was woken up to a rather rude call form reception asking me to get out of the room! after trying to explain myself to him after just waking up he then began to interrogate me asking me all these strange questions. i found this rather rude as i went down the night before and made the adjustments, but he straight up called me a liar and accused me of something i didn't do. I didn't appreciate this and you can do better. The female staff at reception were AMAZING but that one older fella shame on you, do better!
