    The room smell like very strong chloride which gave us headache and we could not even stay and let our kidsxstay, management visit the room and surprisingly mentioned that they can't smell anything!they told us it is only available room and after we request fir refund they said we were lucky and onother unit is available! In summary they ruined our stay totally, hotel was old and not maintained facilities were even rusted and definitely not 4 star view and location was nice but room very old smelly and management was not friendly

    Very clean, comfortable unit. Beds extremely soft if you like plush. Beautiful grounds impeccably kept. Nice walk up to Diggers point. Good restaurant which is very easy to use.

    Randomly had to book this resort but it’s the best find ever. Jimi and the team at reception like Jess and even the grounds keeper Dave and Sharee in the pro shop are all hospitality guns and pros at their job. I’m yet to meet the GM bill but they all are proud to work there so he must be a legend. I’m seriously considering buying a unit here as I come to Coffs often and this is the best place I’ve found yet - can’t fault it for a resort in NSW. Which can be notoriously poorly managed - I know this from 12 years as a travelling sales rep. Go try it 🙏🏼

    bed was uncomfortable! pillows were all hard! asked for other pillows, wasn't provided them. took covers off the pillows and found they were disgusting! bed had bad stains. smoke alarm light lit up the room it was that bright had to leave the resort. dinner: horrible! staff were rude! will never return again.
