    Arrived in the evening, it was a really cold night , Restaurants , takeaways were nearby which ticked the boxes, after tea,, used the bathroom and found out our toilet was blocked and by this time it was to late to call reception to come and fix it, so through out the night my 2 kids , my partner and myself couldn't go to the toilet , ,morning came i was able to call reception by8am and someone was able to come and fix the toilet. Lucky as this made our stay and unpleasant one. Apart from that both king bed and single bed were rock hard so we all had a very uncomfortable sleep. . I'm not meaning to complain about thestay but this is how our night went. Semi clean room, Only other thing was no kitchette.

    Good size apartment for family of 6. Good location close to supermarkets and takeaway shops. Underground secure car parking. Rooms could do with a renovation, looking a little tired but still functional.

    Not what expected, mattress worn, caroet stained old, no curtains to block cold air oozing thru thin window. Poorly insulated, Scent of bleach filled the room upon entry. No one at Reception after 7 pm to get help ,when wanted to change to better room. Wont rebook
