    I travelled here recently and the facilities were great, I was allowed early check in (3 hours!) which enabled me to have a far less disruptive work day. Everything was perfect, thank you!

    We had a comfortable stay at this Quest Hotel. We had a huge appartment & it felt a little dated but was clean. It is on a busy road but the traffic noise wasn’t an issue. The bed was reasonable but all the pillows were too high & hard. Great to have free parking available.

    The staff were great however when i asked for a refund due to the lack of maintenance, they refused to refund my money. House keeping are always great and do a good job. My previous stays at the quest apartments were great. However my last stay had curtain hooks missing in bedroom and lounge. Stains looked like blood on bedroom curtains, ensuite door frame badly damaged. Chewing gum on carpet, washing machine stops mid cycle, tumble drier doesnt heat, putrid stains on bedroom curtains, no pillow protectors on one bed. Curtains hadnt been cleaned in a very long time. Marks on walls throughout the apartment. Laminate peeling up on the ensuite cupboards, dirty looking grout all over ensuite tiles. Not the standard id expected from quest apartments. I was told new owners have just taken over. Grrrr disappointed!
