    I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were always kind and helpful. The location was okay—not the best, but it was still easy enough to get around. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

    When took shower, the floor was flooded due to water drainage issues. Breakfast has limited and poor selections, and expensive (was told breakfast was not included and paid over 30USD during checkout) why not inform your guests when arriving for breakfast? The staff are not well trained, not professional and don’t understand English.

    A very nice hotel in Yerevan, a little far from the centre but good facilities, clean, fashionable and beautiful rooms. Adequate temperature during day and night. Would go back anytime!
