    There is a nightclub on sight so be prepared to hear thumping of music all night long. The staff were very friendly. The gym equipment is very bad and has not been maintained with parts of the machines falling off. Location is ideal. For a place to rest your head its ideal, if you're looking for fancy then I wouldn't recommend.

    I had booked this hotel for one week; however, due to extremely poor conditions, I was forced to stay for less than two days. From the moment of arrival, the condition of the hotel was highly disappointing and unacceptable. There was no staff present to properly receive guests, and no assistance was provided with luggage. As a woman traveling alone with my child, I had to carry all our belongings myself and manage them into the elevator. The hallways were in very poor condition — dirty, worn out, and with an unpleasant odor. The room we were given was significantly smaller than what was shown in the advertised photos and did not match what had been promised. Furthermore, the bathroom lacked even basic hygiene items. The area under the beds was extremely dirty and clearly not maintained. The view presented in the listing was completely different from reality, which was rundown and of a much lower standard. Housekeeping and room service were also inadequate, and the room was not cleaned to an acceptable level. Overall, the hotel conditions did not meet even basic standards and were entirely inconsistent with what was presented at the time of booking. Additionally, the quality of the hotel and the overall experience were not in any way proportionate to the price charged. For these reasons, I had no choice but to leave the hotel early. What was even more disappointing was that I was informed by the hotel reception staff that the fees for the unused nights would be refunded within 10–14 days. However, despite multiple follow-ups and extensive communication with Agoda support, no refund was ultimately provided. The process involved repeated requests for documentation and evidence, yet the issue remained unresolved.
