What i liked their the staff ,especially Mr mostafa who made everything easier and encouraged me to extend my stay 2 days more. The access to the mall is great. The room’ bed needs to bigger and to change the matress.

Hotel Evaluation Positive Points 1. Location: The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the mall and various services and facilities, making it very convenient for guests. 2. Parking Availability: There are plenty of parking spaces available, as the hotel uses the mall’s parking facilities. Therefore, parking availability itself is not an issue. 3. Reception: The reception area is luxurious and elegant and creates a very good first impression upon entering the hotel. Negative Points and Areas for Improvement 1. Room Size: The rooms are very small, and the actual size does not match the impression given by the photos shown during the booking process. 2. Connecting Doors Between Rooms: The rooms have connecting doors between neighboring rooms. This was the most disturbing issue during my stay, as these doors allowed noise to travel clearly between the rooms. 3. Poor Soundproofing: The soundproofing is not adequate. Noise from neighboring guests could be heard clearly, especially from families and children. Noise from the corridors was also easily audible, which affected the comfort and privacy of the stay. 4. Booking Request Not Addressed: When making the reservation through Agoda, I clearly mentioned that I did not want a room with a connecting door. However, I was not informed in advance that this request could not be accommodated, and I was assigned a room with a connecting door. 5. Communication Regarding the Booking: When I asked a hotel staff member why my request had not been accommodated, I was informed that the hotel does not have a direct contract with Agoda and that the booking was made through another company rather than directly through Agoda. It would have been better to clarify this in advance or inform me that my request could not be accommodated before assigning the room. 6. Handling of the Noise Complaint: I reported the noise issue to the responsible manager. I was told that the room was soundproof and that noise from neighboring rooms could not be heard. However, this was completely different from my actual experience, as the noise was clearly audible, especially from the neighboring rooms and corridors. 7. Parking Location: Although there are plenty of parking spaces, they are located opposite the hotel, with a road separating the parking area from the hotel. The parking area is relatively far from the hotel, requiring guests to walk and cross the road to reach their vehicles. 8. Parking During the Day: This becomes more inconvenient during the daytime due to the high temperatures. Walking from the hotel to the parking area and crossing the road can be uncomfortable, especially when the car is needed frequently. 9. Breakfast: The breakfast does not justify the price paid and does not offer a level or variety that provides good value for money. 10. Swimming Pool: The swimming pool was very disappointing in terms of cleanliness and was also very crowded, which made the experience uncomfortable and below the expected hotel standard. 11. Corridors and Sauna Area: The corridors on the floor where the sauna is located were not well maintained or sufficiently clean. The area also needs more elegant and upscale décor to better match the hotel’s standard. 12. Lack of Attention to Cleanliness and Maintenance: There appears to be insufficient attention from the staff responsible for the facilities regarding cleanliness and general maintenance. These areas require more regular supervision and better attention to ensure an appropriate standard of cleanliness and presentation. Overall Evaluation The hotel has several positive aspects, particularly its excellent location, proximity to the mall and various services, availability of parking spaces, and luxurious reception area. However, my overall experience was significantly affected by several issues, especially the small room size, connecting doors between rooms, poor soundproofing, and excessive noise from neighboring rooms and corridors.
