    I had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at Jumeirah Rotana although it is my second time stay within one month. From the moment I arrived until check-out, everything was comfortable, and the hospitality made my experience truly enjoyable. A special thanks to Isru from Boston Restaurant, who provided exceptional service and always made us feel welcome. I would also like to appreciate Mr. Jayakanth (I hope I remembered his name correctly) from Gypsy. He was incredibly humble, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. A big thank you as well to San Su at the reception, who was so, so, so nice, friendly, and professional. Her warm attitude made a wonderful first impression and added to our overall experience. The only disappointing part of our stay was the beef steak I ordered from Boston Restaurant. I requested it to be cooked medium rare, but it was so tough that I couldn't even cut it properly with a knife. I sent it back and asked for it to be cooked well done instead. While that made it easier to cut, it was still extremely difficult to chew, and unfortunately, the meal for one adult was completely wasted. I hope the kitchen can improve the quality and tenderness of the steaks, as it did not match the otherwise excellent standard of service provided by the restaurant staff. One suggestion I would like to make is regarding the swimming pool timings. During the summer season, it would be great if the pool hours could be extended, ideally from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM or at least 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, so guests can enjoy it comfortably during the cooler parts of the day. Overall, it was a wonderful, pleasant, and relaxing stay, and the outstanding hospitality of the staff made our visit memorable. I would happily recommend Jumeirah Rotana and look forward to visiting again.

    The room photos were of the suite and the actual room was very normal, they didn’t care on the reception area and someone after checkin was knocking at our door with cake asking if it’s our birthday which it wasn’t and he was arguing with us that yes it is, really overall a bad experience
