Biggest ripoff, just don’t bother, total scam!

It was miles from anywhere, staff extremely unhelpful on arrival. Extremely STEEP stairs up to tiny living area. Second bedroom upstairs SOOO tiny, couldn’t walk around bed and NO natural light! No tea, coffee, no sunbeds on Beach. Don’t bother, don’t waste your hard earned money

Rustic charm in spades.

Spacious, comfortable bungalow with a/c in downstairs bedroom and panoramic views from upstairs balcony. Quiet location with a quirky beach bar next door. Best food on the island and lovely attentive staff. Totally recommend for a chilled holiday.

Nice place, nice area, maybe would try somewhere else next time as it's not exactly worth the money.

Nice quiet location a bit further away from the main busy street. Bottom room was spacious and comfy.

Top room was tiny, a maggot was on the bed, maybe it fell from the ceiling. Would be good if it didn't let in so much noise from the outside. The sound of waves is nice but walls must be paper thin because we could hear neighbours, dogs, bikes, everything.

Superb

Peaceful, tranquil location. A scooter is necessary to get around, and prevents angry dogs from barking at you on your way home at night. Close to warungs which offer delicious grilled food, and the resto next door has a pool which is nicer than swimming out the front. Lovely views of Mt. Agung on the mainland, and many boats cruising by. We appreciated having two water bottles placed in the fridge every day.

Smog from the nearby open-air tip entered our bedroom through the air-conditioning unit mounted outside. It was a disgusting way to wake up, to the smell of melting plastic.

A beautiful bungalow on a quiet beach

Located just in front of the best spot for snorkeling in Lembongan : Mangrove point.

We paid more via Booking than we would have if we booked directly with the property.

The fact that it's a beachfront bungalow makes it a memorable experience! Unique and traditional touch on the exterior and interior. It's very peaceful and tranquil. Perfect for family of 4 or a group of friends or even a couple!

What a great location. Quiet spot on the end of the island direclty on the beach and seaview from your porch. The next-door restaurant is very good. On request they braught the ordered breakfast/food to the bungalow.

Nothing really. Good to realise that on the top floor there is no AC but a fan. If you sleep there (because there is also a bed) it is hotter than on the bottom floor where there is the AC.

Exceptional

The bungalows are right on the beach, what a feeling to enjoy a drink on the balcony upstairs at sunset time and to wake up to that view in the morning! The property is located about 5-10 min scooter ride to the center of Jungutbatu village. It's possible to walk but renting a scooter to get around the island is your best option. The friendly staff can arrange that for you. Breakfast is not included but they have a restaurant right next door : Agung Beach Club where the food and atmosphere are really nice. The bungalow is clean and confortable, it's simple but has everything you need. Excellent value for money! we will be back!

Un coin de paradis en toute simplicité

Le calme, le cadre, la zenitude. Un emplacement parfait pour les amoureux de l’authenticité et de la simplicité. De plus, l’équipe qui vous reçoit, tant pour les logements que pour le restaurant est réellement chaleureuse. Le sourire est omniprésent.

Idéal pour se ressourcer

Le calme, le cadre, des vacances au paradis. Le bungalow est très confortable, très propre, bien entretenu, et vous serez les pieds dans le sable. S’endormir et se réveiller avec le bruit des légères vagues. Un point de vue unique. Le bungalow est grand avec la chambre et la salle de bain au Rez de chaussée et, à l’étage, un living room sur la terrasse pour se relaxer avec une vue splendide. Endroit très calme et reposant (il n’y a que 3 bungalow), il y a un beach club (proposant nourriture et boissons) avec piscine, avec des aménagements en bois ambiance Caraïbes. Par beach club, entendez un restaurant les pieds dans le sable, car il est aussi très calme et reposant et accueille peu de personnes. Les bungalows sont situés au bout de l’île donc c’est encore une fois… très calme ! Et pourtant, c’est à 20 min à pied du centre de Lembongan ou 5/10 min en scooter. Le personnel est très agréable et aux petits soins. Vous pouvez accéder à différents services via le personnel : location de scooter / laverie / escapade snorkelling / taxi / etc.

nie było śniadania , obsługa miła

widok rupieci po wyjściu z obiektu , brak plaży do kąpieli, strome schody , niewydolna klima ,widok przy odpływie koszmarny. wszystko to można byłoby jeszcze jakoś przyjąć ale za jedną trzecią ceny. Skróciliśmy pobyt o dwa dni i pojechaliśmy na Bali do pięknego hotelu 5 gwiazdkowego za niższą cenę.
