The aircon/heater. Everything was clean. Towels and toiletries were provided, as well as kitchen/household appliances.

Wifi was slow, which lead to buffering.

From the moment we arrived, Vicky made us feel like family. She is extraordinary — professional, incredibly responsive (literally every second we needed anything), and one of the sweetest, kindest, and most loving people we’ve ever met. Her warm personality and caring attitude turned our stay into something truly special. Vicky went above and beyond the entire time. She constantly checked on us to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. If anything was missing or not working perfectly, she was immediately on her toes, ready to fix it right away. She even accommodated us in ways that went far beyond normal hospitality. Her thoughtfulness and dedication made us feel so cared for. The apartment itself is spotless, super clean, comfortable, safe, peaceful, and quiet — it genuinely felt like we never left home. The familiar, calming vibe reminded us of our usual ocean environment. Everything was perfectly maintained and welcoming. Even though the WiFi dropped a couple of times, I didn’t even mention it to Vicky because I didn’t want to bother her — that’s how much we appreciated her energy and care. If we ever return to Johannesburg, 31 ON Gambia with Vicky is the ONLY place we would stay. Our new Jo’burg home.. If it’s booked, we’d happily postpone our trip just to be here again. Thank you more than words can ever express Vicky — you are an absolute gem and made our stay unforgettable. Highly, highly recommended!❤️🌹

Everything, it’s so clean and situated in a quiet area, Ma’am Vicky is a great host ❤️I’m definitely going back . In all the guest house and hotels I visited, I can say this is the best of them all
