Nagyon jó helyen helyezkedik el. A házhoz közel van a strand és szerintem a legjobb strand szakasz. A ház melletti utcából pont a partra jutsz, és leginkább a jobbra lévő strand szakaszt választottuk. A lakás nem a főútra néz, a terasz kellemes. Saját parkolója van, ami nagyon jó. A lakás nagyon kellemes, tiszta és meglepett a vendégváró falat és ital. A házzal szembe van pékség, és vegyes bolt is. Kis sétával van egy Tommy Market is, mindennel felszerelve. Nagyon kedvesek.
Kicsit csalódtunk, hogy nem volt mosógép, pedig a felszereltségben fel volt tüntetve. Megoldottuk a kézi mosással, de nem erre voltam felkészülve.
