I love the location. Great price. It was across the street from the beach. You cannot see the beach but can hear the waves. Your view is the side of a building. Does have beach access. Really quiet and away from crowds. Perfect for two or three people.
Mattress was really hard and hurt my hips while sleeping on my side.

Proximity to beach.
The air conditioning works well in the living room, but is markedly warmer in the bedroom. I would also suggest an upgrade to the mattresses in the both pull out couch and bed.
