Superbe emplacement en plein centre historique mais à l’abri du bruit. Très bien équipé et avec goût . Nous avons été bien accueilli par le propriétaire !
Le wifi n’est pas optimal. Et les odeurs de canalisations un peu présentes lors de notre arrivée nous ont un peu gêné.

L’emplacement dans la ville est génial. La terrasse sur le toit est l’une des meilleures vues en ville. La gentillesse de johanna qui nous a accueilli était bien agréable; elle était à l’endroit convenu, à l’heure convenu.
Le lit est confortable, la décoration de l’appartement est soignée . Savoir qu’il faut se stationner à environ 8 minutes dans le stationnement P3 payant, comme pour tous les hébergements en haute ville. Cela nous a pas posé de problème.
Tout est parfait, quoi que la cuisine un peu minimaliste. Mais une fois qu’on le sait et qu’on s’adapte c’est parfait!

Beautiful room, looks exactly like the pictures. Great location in the center of the old town, close to shops and restaurants. Terrace with a beautiful view over the ocean. Nice little kitchen and a soft bed.
It was close to impossible to have communication with the host. We tried to make contact many days prior to arrival. (They only speak french, so we had people at our hotel in Sardinia who were ready to translated for us), but the host rarely answered the phone, and it could take a day or two to get a response at booking.com-messages/sms. The day before we managed to agree upon a check in time. The host came one hour late for this. The host did not meet us for check out at the agreed time, as she had sent a message in booking.com the night before at 23.30 asking us to deliver the keys at a restaurant instead of meeting us at the apartment. She later claimed we had agreed to this, although she never got an answer, since we had poor internet and did not get a notification, so we had not seen this message. She had not sent any SMS, message in Booking.com or called to get a confirmation after not receiving an answer. As we had to catch the ferry back to Sardinia (they were informed about this), and did not manage to get in contact with the host until 20 minutes after the agreed time, we ended up locking the key and parking card in the apartment as we fortunately knew the host had a double key.
The experience was stressfull, and though the room was beautiful, the organization came across as unprofessional and communication was difficult. I imagine the situation would have been easier if we spoke french, but it does not change the fact that the host does not reply when you try to make contact.
