Great location for airport. Communication with Mary was excellent and Anne, who came to see us out was a lovely person. Night guard Anthony very pleasant

Big issue was that Mary, who met us did not lock a scullery door and the door from the scullery into the kitchen which left open access to the house all night. No Tea/Coffee but this seems standard for Zambia. This is a pity as overseas visitors are used to this courtesy in their own countries and it really costs very little to make visitors comfortable after often long journeys. No towels in our room - had to borrow from others. Bizarre notice about cleaning "vomit and blood" - most unpleasant. Cheap and nasty cutlery and pots and pans. Complimentary hair brush/comb provided - along with a few hairs from a previous user

The place is conveniently located, great WiFi speed, 24/7 security and very friendly helpers at the property. Very close to the famous Granddaddy's Shoka Nyama bar and grill..

I was not happy to be charged a late key pick up fee and yet I had not been told at all in the first place that there was a time limit to my checking in. I was very upset about that and I found it to be very unfair. If I had known about it I would either have arrived earlier, or else got someone else to pick up the keys for me.
