Ingyenes parkolási lehetőség a ház előtt. Patyolattisztaság, vadonatúj berendezés, munkaasztal laptopnak, a reggeli napsugár a csillárt megvilágítva szivárványként jelenik meg a konyhában. Elektronikus redőny minden ablakon, mely teljes sötétséget biztosít. Az ágy kényelmes volt, az ajtók és a parketta nem nyikorgott. A fürdőszobában szép nagy kagylók díszelegnek. Nagyon gyors wifi. Nem hallottuk a repülőket, sem a vonatot. A kinti hőség ellenére hűvös volt a lakásban.
A hűtő elég hangos, de a dupla ajtón nem jött át a hangja, így alváskor nem zavart.
