Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen und man hat einen schönen Blick direkt ins Grüne. Vom Hauptbahnhof nur eine S-Bahn-Station entfernt und ein kurzer Fußweg. Die Gegend ist äußerst ruhig. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man kann sich dort sehr gut aufhalten.
Kochen ist aufgrund der Ausstattung in Ferienwohnungen immer eine Herausforderung. Der Nachbar ein Stockwerk tiefer ist Raucher und daher war es manchmal unangenehm das Fenster zu öffnen, gerade in den Abendstunden.

Das Appartement liegt in einer ehemaligen Schule und ist trotz der zentralen Lage wunderbar ruhig, prima ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Für uns war perfekt, dass es neben dem Parkplatz auch eine verschließbare Abstellmöglichkeit für unsere Fahrräder gab. Der Westbahnhof und eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und ermöglichen schnellen Zugang zu allen Großstädten des Ruhrgebiets.

Ich war ganz zufrieden mit der Abwicklung, der Ausstattung und der Lage.
Die Räume waren ausgekühlt, weil die Heizung sehr niedrig eingestellt war.
