About this apartment rental
Ruby House is a comfy home in a peaceful downtown urban neighborhood. A 2 bedroom renovated home honors and maintains much of the historic elements including original craftsman tile fireplace, doors, hardware and woodwork. The home is well appointed with our guest's comfort in mind. Close to amazing restaurants. Getting around the city and neighboring area is easy, good public transit and very walkable. Hiking, biking and every other outdoor activities are completely within reach.
We do our best to give guest space to truly acclimate while they are visiting, but I am available if you have questions or need something. We are also sometime around maintaining the property, but we try to keep this to a minimum to preserve our guests privacy.

Access to main floor of house, private washer/dryer, front porch and front garden area and backyard amenities
Quaint front porch, spacious open living room, dining and chef's kitchen; laundry room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms; one with charming clawfoot tub and the other with spa standing shower. Great backyard with lots to do.

This property is the upstairs (separate entrance) unit of a property that has two downstairs (separate entrances) units

This is a very nice house in a peaceful neighborhood. It's two blocks from Liberty Park, which is big and green with many amenities. It's also close to a Publik, which is great for coffee and breakfast/lunch. It was easy to drive into the mountains for lots of gorgeous hikes.
The house was clean and very comfortable, with everything you could need including air conditioning, an electric tea kettle, coffee makers, toaster and laundry. We had a wonderful stay!
