Spread over two levels, the property offers a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 5 bedrooms (3 on the ground floor), 2 bathrooms, and 2 toilets, accommodating up to 13 guests. Enjoy Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace for remote work, air conditioning upstairs, fans, heating, DVD player, cable TV, and a washing machine.
Children are welcome, with a baby cot and high chair available. The private outdoor area includes a pool, garden, covered and open terraces, barbecue, plancha, and outdoor shower. A storage area for motorcycles and bicycles is provided, along with 11 bikes. A ping-pong table and other games are available in the garage. The town center of La Teste is very close, offering all essential services.
