Welcome to this carefully completely renovated, cozy and sunny cottage with a view of Lake Sannesjön and its magnificent nature. The cottage is from the beginning a farmhouse belonging to the adjacent rectory building. Within walking distance in the area there is a bathing place with jetty and bathing ladder, a canoe can be borrowed at the bathing place for those who want to explore the lake a little closer. There is also a launching site for those of you who want to bring your own small boat or kayak. Around the cottage there are great opportunities for cycling, running or hiking and in the surrounding forests there is both a rich wildlife and plenty of berries and mushrooms. The cottage with its stoves, tiled stove, ceiling beams and its ceiling height of 200 cm gives a very cozy and cozy impression. Even before you enter, you are struck by the nice, quiet rectory environment with its lake view. Once inside, you are already met in the hall by one of the cottage's historic "wing beats" with a well-preserved oven, in the cottage you will then find several different varieties of fireplaces. On the first floor there is a large lovely kitchen with gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, coffee maker and high chair, inside the kitchen there is a nice dining room with large dining table. The first floor also has a living room with sofa group and a bathroom with shower, washing machine and underfloor heating. From the hall, a staircase leads up to the second floor where you will find the cottage's second living room with sofa bed and three bedrooms, a large bedroom with comfortable double bed and two sleeping alcoves with sloping ceilings, two really cozy creeps with low doorpost 130 cm. On the outside of the cottage, outdoor furniture and barbecue are a nice place in a tranquil environment to discuss today's adventures or plan for new excursions. Hedekas is located on the edge of Kynnefjäll, which is an approximately 20 km long, and one mile wide, high plateau in northern Bohuslän. The plateau stretches between the Bullaresjöarnas fissure valley in the west and the Örekilsälven valley in the east, with Kornsjöarna as the northern outpost at the border with Norway. The area offers beautiful hiking in a distinctive landscape. Here you will find a unique flora and fauna. The topography of the area has made species that are otherwise more common further north in the country thrive here. Örekilsälven which is also a popular river for salmon fishing where many sport fishing enthusiasts have tried their luck over the years. From the cottage you also make easy day trips to Nordens Ark, Havets Hus in Lysekil, Smögenbryggan, fishing and boat communities in the northern part of Bohuslän. Dagsholms GK in Färgelanda or Torreby golf course which is Bohuslän's oldest golf course, the course is located in a castle environment with an English-inspired castle park.
