The Apartment La Pigna has recently been renovated and is located in a strategic area of Bardonecchia: 600 metres (a 7-minute walk) from the town centre where you will find all the shops, activities and services of Via Medail; 800 metres (a 10-minute walk through the pine forest) from the winter and summer sports area of Campo Smith.
On the second floor served by a lift, the accommodation consists of a large and bright living room, equipped with a kitchenette, dining area and sofas. Guests have access to a Smart TV (with the possibility of connecting to streaming platforms using the guests' personal accounts) and a bioethanol fireplace.
From the living room, you can access a large outdoor balcony with a view of the condominium garden.
The hallway leads to the two bedrooms: the double room (with a French bed) and the quadruple room (with 2 bunk beds).
